1. Who we are

Watemlifts is operated by ELEDOTNEXT DIGITAL, Kampala, Uganda. ELEDOTNEXT DIGITAL is the marketing and sales company through which subscriptions are sold. It does not own any digital asset and does not act as a broker.

2. What we offer

Watemlifts provides subscription access to a digital book of materials, including crypto trading signals (Till 1), lift industry resources (Till 2), and a private owner-operated trade engine (Till 3). Signals are delivered daily for the duration of the active subscription period.

3. The book is not for sale

The digital products on this platform (including the book) are not for sale. They belong to Watemlifts.com and are accessed only through an active subscription.

4. Content protection

The Library contains original materials owned by Watemlifts.com. Manufacturer PDFs, logos, trademarks, and third-party documents are not permitted on this platform. Users must not paste, post, upload, or redistribute any external manufacturer content, and must not copy, redistribute, or resell any material accessed through a subscription. Violations may result in immediate suspension without refund.

5. Subscriptions and renewal

Subscriptions run for the period stated at purchase (30 days for Basic and Premium; 12 months for Enterprise). When a subscription period ends, access expires. A new subscription is required to continue receiving signals. There is no automatic renewal unless explicitly stated at checkout.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by Pesapal. By subscribing, you agree to Pesapal's terms of service and payment processing policies. All prices are shown in USD.

7. Refund policy

No refunds are issued once a subscription is active. For subscription-related enquiries, contact hello@watemlifts.com. Enquiries are handled case-by-case, but do not constitute a refund guarantee.

8. Account and acceptable use

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must not share your account with others.
• You must not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform.
• You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

9. Trading risk

Signals and trading information are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice. Crypto trading carries substantial risk. You are solely responsible for any trading decisions you make.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ELEDOTNEXT DIGITAL and Watemlifts.com are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including trading losses.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. Subscriptions terminated for cause are not refunded.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda.

14. WatemLifts Network (Till 4)

The WatemLifts Network is a directory connecting building owners and managers with lift service contractors across Africa. WatemLifts provides the platform but is not a party to any agreement, contract, or transaction between owners and contractors.

No money flows through WatemLifts Network for jobs. Owners and contractors agree terms directly. Contractors invoice owners directly. WatemLifts takes zero commission on jobs.

15. Contractor subscriptions

Contractors may register for free and claim their first job at no cost. After the first successful job claim, a 7-day grace period applies. To claim additional jobs after the grace period, a monthly subscription is required:

• Contractor Subscription — $40 USD / month (or UGX 152,000), billed every 30 days

Subscriptions are manual. They do not auto-renew. When a subscription expires, the contractor can no longer claim new jobs, but existing assignments remain visible. Contractors may resubscribe at any time via watemlifts.com/network/contractor/subscribe.

All subscription payments are processed by Pesapal, subject to the terms in Section 6 above and the refund policy in Section 7.

16. Owner accounts

Building owner accounts on WatemLifts Network are free. Owners may register buildings, add lifts, and post jobs at no cost. WatemLifts does not verify the accuracy of owner-provided information, including building details, lift specifications, or job descriptions.

17. Network acceptable use

Owners and contractors on the network agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings
• Claim jobs with no intent to perform the work
• Circumvent the subscription requirement by creating multiple accounts
• Harass, threaten, or defraud other network users
• Use the network for anything other than legitimate lift service coordination

Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

18. Network liability

WatemLifts Network is a coordination platform only. WatemLifts does not perform lift work, verify contractor qualifications, guarantee payment between parties, or mediate disputes. Owners and contractors use the network at their own risk and are solely responsible for their own agreements, safety, insurance, and regulatory compliance.
